An Introduction to working in an Early Years Setting Target Group: This short 10 week X 2 hour course is designed as a first step course that will introduce new playgroup workers or interested people to the basics of working in a playgroup. Course content: It covers topics such as keeping children safe, providing stimulating educational activities and equal opportunities. A simple portfolio will be constructed during the course. How to enrol. As usual, leave your name on our answer-phone in the office, or tell one of our workers that you are interested. Members of playgroups will get priority places on this course, but it is open to all interested parties.
